MAKING DECISIONS

I think that making decisions it is as hard as easy. In my case it’s hard for me

making decisions because, I have to think a lot before making a decision.

While decision making without planning is fairly common, it is often not pretty.

Planning allows decisions to be made in a much more comfortable and intelligent

way, planning even makes decisions easier by providing guidelines and goals for

the decision. We might even say that planning is a type of decision simplification

technique. In brief, making decisions require responsibility and intelligence

MY SPRING BREAK TIME

This spring break I took my job's vacacions and I went for 10 dias to Canada. The porpuse that I went over there is because my girlfriend is living in Montreal. I had fun a lot with her and we went out to many times. Therefore the live in Montreal is slower than in New york and the city looks like European cities, but it is really beautyful and interesting. The only problem that I had in Montreal was the idioma because over almost every body speaks French.

WHAT I THINK ABOUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IN USA

My point of view on this difficult problem is that the government should do an effort in making or changing the current Immigration Laws so that, all those immigrants that are living in this country become their status in legal persons, and they can work and live much better as many other legal immigrants. I know that it is very difficult become millions of illegal inmigrants in legal immigrants. But all these immigrants have always helped the American economy grow. To some extent the American economy depends on laborers from others countries. In addition, they contribute to the culture of the United States. In brief, illegal immigrants should have the right of having a special legal document or become in legal immigrants for being successful in this country.

I think the most difficult aspect of emigrating in the U.S is if you don’t have any parents or person who can help you in the first months you have arrived in the USA. Other difficult aspect is the language because; if you don’t know as least a basic skills English it is going to be hard on your residency in the USA. In my own case, the most difficult was finding job and getting better my English.

In reference to the government agencies in the U.S, I had a disgusting problem in 2002 when the terrorist attacks and the problems of amtrax happened in New York City. My problem was that in 2002 I was in New York for vacations and by the month of September I was expecting to get my “Resident card” and then go back to my home country and follow my studies. So the main problem was that my resident card was supposed lost by the post mail agencies because of the amtrax problems and terrorist attacks. I felt disappointed and disgusted because I had to process a special document that was issued to me by Homeland Security to can go back to my home country.

Trip to Rivka's class and The Metropolitan Museum

The interation with CLIP program Rivka's class students in BMCC was interesting and cool. Most of teh students are from Asia's countries, they were very friendly and nice. We had the opportunity to talk about the CLIP program and we shared different comments about our countries. Also every one brought food to have a good moment. When we were talking about the CLIP program they told me that it's a excellent and helpfully program because it teach us different English skills needed to join at the University. In addition they said that in CLIp progarm we enjoy learning English because, sometimes we go out to a Museums to learn a little about New York History and Art of different countries. I felt exited.

The most interesting at the Museum, seriously was everithing. There are too many different interesting things to see. Personally I liked teh Picasso's paintings and the different structures from Egict.

I think it is a good idea going to the Museums. Yesterday, I enjoyed and I felt good with my classmates and Rivka's students and I would like to go to Museums again because you met and share with people and you learn about expressions of Art.
